Driver Requirements & Rental Policies
Please review the requirements and policies before booking a vehicle to ensure a smooth rental experience.
U-RIDE RENTALS LLC – RENTER INFORMATION PACKET
- Pets only with written authorization.
- Vehicles must remain
within the 100 mile geofence. - Unauthorized travel triggers immobilization; towing deducted from
deposit. - Renter responsible for tolls, violations, and parking tickets.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount depends on the vehicle type and will be refunded within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
Mileage Policy
Each rental includes a limited number of miles per day. Additional miles may be charged based on the extra mileage driven.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when they were rented. If not, a refueling charge will apply.
Prohibited Uses
Vehicles may not be used for racing, illegal activities, off-road driving, or subleasing to other drivers.
Rental Policies
- Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time.
- Late returns may result in additional charges.
- Smoking inside the vehicle is not allowed.
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Pets may require prior approval.
