Rate Sheet
Daily Rental Rate: Varies by vehicle.
Security Deposit: $250–$500.
Late Fee: $25 per hour after grace period.
Additional Mileage: $0.35–$0.55 per mile above limit.
Fuel Replacement Fee: $7.50 per gallon + admin fee.
Cleaning Fee: $45–$150 depending on severity.
Odor / Smoking Removal Fee: $200–$350.
Towing & Immobilization Fees
If the vehicle is immobilized due to a geofence violation:
- Towing Fee: $150–$350 depending on distance.
- Retrieval / Admin Fee: $75.
- Both fees will be deducted from the security deposit before refund.
Cleaning & Damage Fees
- Minor Interior Cleaning: $45–$75
- Deep Cleaning: $100–$150
- Odor Removal: $200–$350
- Upholstery Damage: Billed at repair cost
- Windshield Crack: $120–$250
- Rim Damage: $80–$200 each
